Alongside Seismographs locations, you’ll have to find tiny versions of the Stay Puft Mashmallow Man who cluster in three locations - Sludgy Swamp, Lazy Lake or Retail Row.
Thankfully, you only need to visit one of these locations, as since all of them will feature several Mini-Pufts, you can exterminate all three in a single visit.

Head inside the building and on the ground floor is a counter - with the Mini-Pufts among several boxes.
Exterminate three with your axe and the quest will be finished.
Enter the shop on the right side and you’ll see the Mini-Pufts around the shelving and counter.
Hit three with your pickaxe and the quest is complete.
